Please be advised that on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at approximately 11:00pm EDT (03:00 UTC on Friday, May 26, 2017), NS1 will be deploying upgrades to our billing and user management subsystem that will significantly improve the reliability and availability of the my.nsone.net portal. There will be no impact to DNS delivery during this maintenance period, which should be completed after approximately two hours.

During this window, users may be unable to login to the my.nsone.net management portal for brief periods lasting up to several minutes at a time. API keys will be unaffected, and all API functionality will continue to run nominally during the maintenance period. Please note that all other subsystems including monitoring/failover and DNS delivery will be unaffected. Customers who do not use the API but need to make changes during the course of this maintenance can contact support@ns1.com for assistance. An update will be posted here once the maintenance is complete. There will be no interruptions to my.nsone.net access thereafter.
