Monitoring - We have tracked the issue where AMS monitoring node was fluctuating in monitoring states to an upstream network provider issue. A fix has been deployed accordingly and we will continue to monitor the region.
Mar 23, 02:13 UTC
Identified - Our engineers have identified an issue with our monitoring node in Amsterdam (AMS). We are currently working to resolve the issue. Customers using single-node monitors in the AMS region may notice flapping (rapid up/down state changes) for global states. Customers using Quorum or All with multi-region monitors are unaffected. We will update this status as soon as we have more information.

Mar 19, 04:00 UTC
Scheduled - On March 19 starting at 4:00 UTC, NS1 engineers will be performing upgrades on our API subsystem. At the start of the work any active portal sessions will be temporarily logged out. New portal sessions can be created by logging back in again. The work does not impact any other subsystems and the rest of the NS1 platform will continue to function normally for the duration of this maintenance. At no point during the event will DNS delivery be interrupted.

Investigating - Upstream network engineers are performing maintenance on our Amsterdam monitoring node to correct issues affecting IPv6 connectivity. We expect that customer impact will be limited to those using single-node Amsterdam IPv6 monitoring jobs, and not customers monitoring from multiple locations and leveraging the "quorum" or "all" policy. IPv4 connectivity remains unaffected. We will update this status as we progress with this maintenance.

Scheduled - On March 14 starting at 06:30 UTC, NS1 engineers will be upgrading monitoring node in Singapore (SIN). During the window this region will be unable to change state for a brief period of time. Up/down monitoring will continue to function normally for clients who are monitoring from multiple NS1 locations using decision policies set to 'Quorum' (the default setting) or 'All'. All other Data Feeds and Integrations will also continue functioning normally, and at no point during the event will DNS delivery be impacted.
