Scheduled - Maintenance will be performed on many of our Dedicated DNS Networks on January 15th between 16:00 and 19:00 UTC. US-based POPs will undergo the maintenance from 16:00-17:00 UTC, Europe 17:00-18:00 UTC, and Asia/Pacific POPs from 18:00-19:00 UTC. NS1 Engineers do not expect any impact to DNS resolution. Latency may increase temporarily as queries are routed around the affected POPs.

Identified - Our engineers have identified an issue with an upstream provider causing DNS propagation to be delayed and the NS1 REST API to be intermittently unreachable. This will manifest in slowed appearance of zone changes on the edge, and the Management Portal or API being unavailable for brief moments. We are currently working to resolve the issue.
