NS1 engineers have determined that our Amsterdam (AMS) monitoring node began reporting incorrect up/down statuses as of 18:00 UTC as a result of some ongoing maintenance on NS1's facility in the region. This behavior persisted until engineers were able to alleviate the issue at 20:28 UTC. Only the AMS monitoring region was affected, so customers monitoring from multiple locations and leveraging the "quorum" policy would not have seen any impact. There are no further issues expected at this time.
